The API Portfolio Listing service provides developers with an API for documenting a portfolio or collection of APIs. The documentation of this API and the registration of developers is open to anyone. However the creation of an API is protected to registered developers who own an API. A registered developer may manage APIs that they create. The service protects the developers API by requiring a login with Basic Authentication to create and modify their own APIs. In addtion to logging in, the API access is controlled by an Authorizer that ensures the developer owns the API before allowing access.
